3. Nature of OSL services

Où Sortir à Lisbonne is a local media and support service dedicated to Lisbon and its region. OSL provides editorial content, recommendations, research, itinerary design, advice, coordination and introductions to independent providers.

Depending on the project, OSL may charge for its own research, planning, coordination or support services. When an activity or service is delivered and invoiced by a third-party provider, the contracting party, service, price, payment arrangements and applicable conditions are disclosed before any commitment or payment.

An enquiry, estimate or availability check does not automatically constitute a booking.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, videos, illustrations, graphics, logos, documents, editorial selections, programmes, databases and layouts available on the site may be protected by intellectual-property or other applicable rights.

Unless stated otherwise, these elements belong to TANIA DOMINGAS FERREIRA BARROS / OSL or are used with their respective owners’ permission. Unauthorised reproduction, adaptation, distribution, extraction or commercial use is prohibited to the extent permitted by law.

5. Information, links and responsibility

OSL aims to publish accurate, current information. Third-party data such as prices, opening times, capacities, availability, itineraries, menus and conditions may change.

When a service is delivered by an independent professional, that provider remains responsible for its own performance. This organisation never limits mandatory consumer rights or any liability OSL legally assumes for its own services or commitments.

6. Personal data and cookies

Information about personal-data processing, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention criteria, rights, cookies and tracking technologies is set out in the OSL Privacy Policy.

Simply viewing the site does not imply consent to non-essential processing or marketing.

7. Electronic complaints book

OSL has an active account with Portugal’s Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico.

8. Alternative consumer dispute resolution

OSL does not claim voluntary membership of CIAB, CNIACC or another centre. For low-value consumer disputes up to €5,000, a consumer may, where the legal conditions are met, choose mediation or mandatory arbitration. The territorially competent centre depends on the specific case and, particularly for distance contracts, the consumer’s residence within a centre’s geographic area.

No link is provided to the former European ODR platform, which was discontinued in 2025.
